Mary Hecht brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, with extensive expertise in bookkeeping and accounting. She co-founded iMedical Healthcare Solutions, which she launched in the garage of her home and successfully grew into a multimillion-dollar company.
As the company scaled, Mary oversaw all financial services operations, supporting more than 80 employees while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Her leadership helped create a strong financial infrastructure capable of sustaining long-term growth.
Mary is a graduate of St. Leo University, where she earned a degree in Human Resources—an education that complements her financial background and informs her collaborative, client-focused approach.
In 2025, Mary launched Hecht & Co. Accounting to bring her decades of experience directly to businesses seeking more than basic bookkeeping. She believes in customer satisfaction, accuracy down to the penny, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
